For sub-brow or subciliary lifts, ultra-fine 7-0 nylon sutures are removed. For transconjunctival fat repositioning, there are no external sutures to remove.
Week 2 · Confident Social Presentation
Over 85% of edema resolved. Eye makeup and contact lenses may be safely resumed.

Will my eyes look unnatural or surprised after a sub-brow lift?
No. Because the incision is placed just beneath the brow rather than along the upper eyelid crease, the natural eyelid skin thickness gradient is preserved. It lifts hooding while preserving your original eye shape and warmth.
Does under-eye fat repositioning eliminate dark circles?
It completely eliminates shadow-based dark circles caused by protruding bags and hollow tear troughs. If hyperpigmentation of the skin surface is also present, we pair the procedure with vascular brightening laser treatments.
How long do the results of lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning last?
Because the repositioned orbital fat is vascularized and anchored beneath the periosteum, results typically endure for 10 to 15+ years.
